Terms of Service
Effective October 13, 2026. These terms cover SAVS Command Center and the Guard Shift Vault toolkit provided by San Antonio Virtual Security (SAVS).
Accounts and company workspaces
Use accurate company and account information. Company owners manage authorized users, roles, and access. Keep credentials private and use the service only for records and activities you are authorized to manage.
Plans, prices, and payment
The selected plan’s monthly price, setup charge, taxes, and any agreed custom work must be disclosed before payment. Recurring subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout. Contact SAVS to request cancellation or billing assistance. Trials do not constitute a payment. Paid access may be suspended after a trial ends or for nonpayment.
Toolkit licenses and delivery
The Individual License covers one professional on personally controlled devices. The Company License covers one legal organization with up to 25 authorized users on company-controlled devices. You may keep the purchased version. These licenses do not permit resale, redistribution, or sublicensing. Delivery instructions and applicable refund terms are provided with the purchase link before payment. Contact SAVS for a missing download or a product issue.
Your records and responsibilities
You retain rights to the records you submit. You authorize SAVS and its service providers to process those records to operate the service. Confirm accuracy, authorized collection, employee and client access, and your organization’s retention requirements. Sample records are for demonstration and must be reviewed or removed before operational use.
Appropriate use
Do not access another company’s information, misuse location tracking, upload unlawful material, interfere with the service, or use it to harass others. Scheduling, reports, payroll calculations, alerts, and GPS evidence support your operations; review them before making operational or financial decisions.
Availability and support
The connected Command Center requires internet access. Phone location and notifications depend on device permissions and browser support. The offline toolkit stores drafts in the current browser profile; back up completed records. SAVS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or emergency response. Follow your company’s emergency procedures.
Backups, security, and operational verification
Keep independent, current backups of records and attachments and test your recovery procedures. Browser drafts can be lost when browser data is cleared, a device fails, or a browser profile changes. No internet service or security measure is infallible. SAVS does not warrant that the software will be error-free or that data can never be lost, corrupted, delayed, or accessed without authorization. These statements do not excuse SAVS from security, privacy, breach-notification, or other duties imposed by applicable law. Promptly report suspected security incidents through the contact address below. Review actual attendance, hours, payroll, schedules, reports, and alerts before relying on them; maintain alternative procedures for outages and emergencies.
Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE, TOOLKIT, DEMOS, AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” SAVS DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. SAVS DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, PERFECT ACCURACY, DELIVERY OF EVERY NOTIFICATION, OR COMPLETE PROTECTION AGAINST DATA LOSS OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS. This disclaimer does not override an express commitment in a signed agreement or any warranty or remedy that the law does not permit to be excluded.
Limitations of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAVS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES, INCLUDING ERRORS, OUTAGES, DATA LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES. THEIR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SAVS FOR THE AFFECTED PRODUCT OR SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT FIRST GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WHERE LEGALLY PERMITTED, THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE), AND OTHER THEORIES OF LIABILITY.
These exclusions and the liability cap do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability, statutory damages, duties, or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms prevents a person from bringing a claim or reporting a concern to a regulator, or waives nonwaivable consumer or privacy rights. A signed service agreement may specify different limits.
Claims involving your conduct or submitted content
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable resulting costs caused by your unlawful collection or disclosure of information, infringement through content you supply, or intentional misuse of the service. This responsibility does not extend to claims caused by SAVS’s own misconduct, security failures, or breach of its legal duties. SAVS must promptly notify you of an applicable claim and reasonably cooperate; no settlement may impose an obligation or admission on you without your consent.
Acceptance, applicable law, and enforceability
Account creation requires agreement to the terms presented at signup. Material changes apply prospectively following notice and acceptance where required by applicable law; posting this page alone does not establish that an existing customer agreed to a new limitation. Texas law governs to the extent permitted, without displacing mandatory protections that apply to a customer elsewhere. If a provision is unenforceable, it applies only to the extent legally permitted and the remaining terms remain in effect. These terms are not a waiver of rights under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act.
Changes and contact
Updates to these terms will be posted here with an effective date. Separate written agreements and checkout terms may provide additional service conditions. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited. Questions, cancellation, or support requests: contact@sanantoniovirtualsecurity.com.
