Privacy Policy

Effective October 7, 2026. This policy describes information used by SAVS Command Center and Guard Shift Vault.

Information handled by Command Center

Account information includes your email and company membership. Your organization may enter employee details, schedules, client and site information, reports, photos, documents, and payroll or invoice records. The service also maintains attendance evidence, operational alerts, and audit records of account and record actions.

Location and device permissions

With location permission, signed-in users share their device-reported location while the app is open, including before clock-in. Company owners, admins, supervisors and dispatchers can view company device locations; other users see only their own devices. Fresh GPS and server timestamps may also be saved with attendance actions, report entries and photo uploads. Signing out clears that device's live point. Live device records expire after 24 hours; saved attendance, report and photo evidence remains with its record. Locking the screen or closing the app can pause updates. Browser GPS and visible photo timestamps cannot independently prove physical presence or when an original photo was taken. Device notifications require permission. Your company determines how employees use these features.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to authenticate users, maintain separate company workspaces, enforce permissions, store records, support operations, and investigate service problems. Authorized company users can access information according to their roles; client access is limited by the company’s configured permissions. Authentication, cloud hosting, and file storage providers process information to deliver these features. Do not submit records you are not authorized to collect or share.

Property maps and address searches

When an authorized manager searches for a property address, that address is sent to the U.S. Census geocoding service to find its map location. Interactive maps request map images from OpenStreetMap. Map requests reveal the area being viewed and ordinary connection information to the map provider.

Payments

Secure purchase links send customers to Stripe’s hosted checkout when available. Card and bank details are entered with the payment provider. Command Center may retain billing references and subscription status; it does not store card numbers or bank credentials.

Browser storage and the offline toolkit

Command Center uses browser storage for sign-in sessions, display preferences, and selected enrollment plans. Guard Shift Vault drafts and backups remain on the device unless you export or share them. Toolkit drafts are not encrypted within the browser profile. People with access to that profile may be able to read them, and clearing browser data may erase them.

Retention and requests

Company owners manage records and access according to their retention requirements. Contact your company administrator to correct operational records or change employee access. For account, privacy, access, export, or deletion requests, email contact@sanantoniovirtualsecurity.com. Some records may need to be retained to meet contractual or legal obligations.
